We traced our feet to create these cute reindeer paintings.
We loved adding snow with Qtips.

We folded green paper strips to create beautiful holiday trees.
We love all of the overlapping texture!

We've been very busy cutting and gluing to create a tiger in the jungle.

I love that each tiger is unique.

We're very proud of our work!

MINION ART

There are a MINION reasons to love ART at Young School!

Second Grade did a fantastic job combining art and writing.

First, we drew an artist minion.

Next, we wrote what we loved most about art class. Clay and painting were on the top of the list!

Line Rollercoaster

1st Grade Line Rollercoasters

We love our rollercoasters! The students manipulated paper strips to create exciting rollercoasters. Does your rollercoaster go upside down? How fast does it go? How tall do you have to be to ride?

Sammy the Snake helped us review different types of lines by contorting his body to form curvy lines, zigzag lines, loops, and more.

After the strips were glued to the white paper we began to draw and color cars to add to the rollercoaster.
